摘要
介绍了汽车发动机盖内板材料利用率提升的工艺方案,通过对发动机盖内板的成形工艺进行分析,采用弧形板料和开口拉深工艺实现材料利用率的提升。经现场调试验证:采用该工艺成形的零件满足质量要求且提升了材料利用率,为成形类似零件的材料利用率提升提供参考。
The process scheme for improving the material utilization rate of engine cover inner plate was introduced;the forming process of engine cover inner plate was analyzed;and the materi⁃al utilization rate was improved by using curved sheet and open drawing process.The debugging results showed that the parts formed by the process met the quality requirements and improved the material utilization rate,which provided a reference for improving the material utilization rate of similar formed parts.
