摘要
针对汽车侧围外板传统拉延工艺材料利用率低、生产成本高等问题,提出一种可提升材料利用率的浅拉延工艺方案。以东风本田某款SUV车型侧围外板为例,通过将侧围外板侧翻边法兰展开作为压料面,降低拉延深度,减少拉延工艺补充面来减小坯料尺寸,并利用Auto Form有限元分析软件,对浅拉延成形工艺可能会出现的滑移线和成形不充分等潜在缺陷展开数值模拟。通过产品结构改良设计和拉延工艺补充优化调整,解决了侧围外板浅拉延的工业化应用的品质问题,并根据分析结果设计了三维D/L图,使浅拉延成形工艺在该SUV车型侧围外板上得到成功应用,最终量产实际材料利用率达到47%。
Aiming at the problem of low material utilization and high production cost in traditional drawing of automotive body side outer panel,a shallow drawing process scheme which could improve material utilization was proposed.Taking a SUV model body side outer panel of Dongfeng Honda as the example,the blank dimension was decreased by taking the flange on the lateral flanging of body side outer panel as binder surface,decreasing drawing depth and reduction drawing addendum surface.The potential defects of skid line and insufficient forming in shallow drawing were simulated numerically by finite element analysis software Auto Form.Through the improvement design for the product structure and optimization adjustment for drawing process addendum,the quality problem in industry application of shallow drawing of the body side outer panel was solved.According to the analysis results,the 3 D D/L diagram was designed,and the shallow drawing forming process was successfully applied on the body side outer panel of the SUV model.Finally,the practical material utilization in mass production reaches 47%.
