摘要
以马斯洛需要层次理论为基础,探寻当下大学生的个人需要及内心需求问题,根据大学生需要内容层次制定相应的大学生培养及引导措施。高校教师从学习生活、人身、财产与心理安全、班级建设与社团活动、学生管理个人发展引导等五个方面引导学生树立正确价值观、探索人生使命,找到人生目标。以目标为导向,帮助大学生学习成长,成为社会高质量发展所需的人才。
Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,this paper explores the individual needs and inner needs of college students,and works out corresponding training and guidance measures for college students according to the hierarchy of college students’needs.Teachers in colleges and universities should guide college students to establish correct values,explore life mission and find out life goals from the aspects of study and life,personal life,property and psychological security,class construction and community activities,student management and guidance on personal development.The teachers should help students to learn and grow to become talents that meet the social needs based on goal orientation.
