抗苗勒管激素对多囊卵巢综合征的诊断价值:一项系统评价和Meta分析 被引量:3

Diagnostic value of anti-müllerian hormone in polycystic ovary syndrome:a systematic review and Meta-analysis

摘要 目的系统评价血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的诊断效能。方法检索Embase和MEDLINE数据库,检索时限为建库至2021年11月17日,并手工检索相关文献的参考文献,纳入所有采用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清AMH水平的PCOS诊断性研究。按照纳入标准筛选文献,提取数据,采用诊断准确性研究的质量评估-2工具进行质量评价,应用Meta-Disc 1.4与Stata 17.0软件进行Meta分析。选用随机效应模型合并诊断效应量,并绘制综合受试者工作特征曲线。结果该系统评价纳入10篇文献,共计6437例研究对象。Meta分析结果显示,血清AMH水平诊断PCOS的合并灵敏度为0.81,合并特异度为0.91,合并诊断比值比为14.77,曲线下面积为0.88。结论血清AMH水平对PCOS具有良好的诊断效能。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of serum anti-müllerian hormone(AMH)in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods The Embase and MEDLINE databases were searched from inception to November 17,2021,in addition,the relevant references and similar reviews were hand-searched.All diagnostic studies which serum AMH tested by fully automated chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer were included according to the inclusion criteria.The methodological quality of each study was assessed by Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies-2 tool.The Meta-analysis was performed by Meta-disc 1.4 and Stata 17.0 software.A random-effects model and the summary receiver operating characteristic(SROC)curve was used for the Meta-analysis.Results A total of 10 studies were included in this systematic review,comprising 6437 samples.The pooled sensitivity,specificity,diagnostic odds ratio and area under the SROC curve were 0.81,0.91,14.77 and 0.88 respectively.Conclusion Serum AMH level has good diagnostic efficacy for PCOS.
