摘要
目的观察苁蓉益肾颗粒联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例多囊卵巢综合征患者采用随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片口服,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予苁蓉益肾颗粒口服,治疗3个月经周期后,比较2组的临床疗效及治疗前后促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生长素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果治疗后2组LH、T水平均明显降低,FSH、E2水平均明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组对FSH、E2水平的改善作用更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苁蓉益肾颗粒联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片可以更好地改善患者月经紊乱及月经量过少的症状,并可纠正激素水平,恢复正常的月经周期,从而有助于提高妊娠率。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Congrong Yishen Keli(苁蓉益肾颗粒)combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Sixty cases of PCOS were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each.The control group was given ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets,on this basis,the treatment group was given oral Congrong Yishen Keli.After treatment for 3 menstrual cycles,the clinical efficacy and the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)and estradiol(E2)before and after treatment of the 2 groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of LH and T of the 2 groups significantly decreased,while the levels of FSH and E2 significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the improvement of FSH and E2 was more significant in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,that of the control group was 73.3%,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Congrong Yishen Keli combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets can better improve the patients with symptoms of menstrual disorder and hypomenorrhea,correct hormone level,restore normal menstrual cycle,thus help to improve the pregnancy rate.
