摘要
目的:分析护理干预对踝关节骨折患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月泉州市正骨医院收治的踝关节骨折患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予康复护理干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者干预前后疼痛的改善效果,采用Mazur量表评价踝关节运动功,同时比较2组患者的临床恢复指标、护理满意度及不良反应发生情况。结果:护理干预后,观察组PSQI评分、VAS评分均显著低于对照组,观察组踝关节骨折患者下床活动时间、住院时间、完全负重时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,观察组踝关节骨折患者总满意度高于对照组,观察组Mazur踝关节运动功能评分显著高于对照组,观察组踝关节骨折患者关节退行性病变、关节粘连、关节僵硬发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:康复护理在踝关节骨折患者中应用效果显著,能有效改善患者的睡眠质量,减轻患者疼痛感受,提高患者的踝关节运动功能,加快患者的恢复进程,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on pain and sleep quality in patients with ankle joint fracture.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ankle fracture admitted to Quanzhou Bonesetting Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after intervention between 2 groups.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to compare the improvement effect of pain before and after intervention between 2 groups,and the Mazur scale was used to evaluate the ankle movement performance.At the same time,the clinical recovery index,nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups.Results:After nursing intervention,PSQI score and VAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the time of getting out of bed,the time of hospital stay,the time of full weight bearing and the time of fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the total satisfaction of patients with ankle fracture in the observation group was higher than the control group,and Mazur motor function score of ankle in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The incidence of joint degeneration,joint adhesion and joint stiffness in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences between 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing in patients with ankle fracture has a significant effect,can effectively improve the quality of sleep,reduce the pain of patients,improve the motor function of patients with ankle joint,and accelerate the recovery process of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
