摘要
目的分析快速康复理念下护理干预在踝关节骨折患者术后恢复中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2020年10月收治的踝关节骨折患者,共120例患者。在接受手术治疗后开展护理观察,患者使用随机数字表法进行分组,观察组患者与对照组患者均为60例。对照组患者实施常规护理干预,观察组患者联合快速康复理念进行干预。分析两组患者疼痛程度、负性心理状态、生活质量、并发症。结果观察组患者经护理后VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者经护理后焦虑度评分与抑郁度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者经护理后生活质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生风险显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复理念在针对踝关节骨折患者的临床护理中可收到较好的护理效果,能有效缓解骨折术后疼痛,帮助患者缓解负性情绪,降低术后并发症发生风险,使生活质量明显改善,对改善患者预后具有积极影响。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention in postoperative recovery of patients with ankle fracture under the concept of rapid rehabilitation.Methods A total of 120 patients with ankle fracture from March 2020 to October 2020 were selected.Nursing observation was carried out after receiving surgical treatment.Patients were divided into groups by random number table.The grouping method was half and half equally.There were 60 patients in the observation group and 60 patients in the control group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group received intervention combined with the concept of rapid rehabilitation.The pain degree,negative psychological state,quality of life and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The risk of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the concept of rapid rehabilitation can receive good nursing effect in the clinical nursing of patients with ankle fracture.It can effectively alleviate the pain after fracture operation,help patients alleviate negative emotions,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,significantly improve the quality of life,and have a positive impact on improving the prognosis of patients.
