摘要
目的探讨康复功能锻炼联合红光照射疗法在踝关节周围骨折术后患者中的应用效果.方法选择我院2020年5月—2021年10月收治的83例踝关节周围骨折术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组.对照组(n=42)采用康复功能锻炼,观察组(n=41)在对照组基础上加用红光照射疗法,均持续干预至术后12周.比较两组功能恢复情况、症状评分及并发症.结果观察组干预后美国足踝外科医师协会踝-后足评分系统评分为(90.96±7.56)分,高于对照组的(81.86±7.04)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组干预后疼痛评分(3.52±0.55)分、肿胀评分(0.89±0.22)分均低于对照组的(5.03±0.62)分、(1.68±0.38)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论康复功能锻炼联合红光照射疗法在踝关节周围骨折术后患者中的应用效果确切,有利于减轻疼痛、肿胀程度,促进踝关节功能恢复,减少并发症的发生.
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation function exercise combined with red light irradiation therapy in patients with fractures around the ankle after surgery.Methods 83 patients with fractures around the ankle after surgery who were treated in the hospital from May 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=42)was given rehabilitation function exercise,and the observation group(n=41)was given red light irradiation therapy on the basis of the control group,and both groups continued to intervene until 12 weeks after the operation.The functional recovery,symptom scores and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The American orthopaedic foot and ankle society ankle-hindfoot scoring system score in the observation group after intervention was(90.96±7.56)points,which was higher than(81.86±7.04)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score and swelling score of the observation group after intervention were(3.52±0.55)points and(0.89±0.22)points,which were lower than(5.03±0.62)points and(1.68±0.38)points of the control group,respectively,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation function exercise combined with red light irradiation therapy is effective in patients with fractures around the ankle after surgery,which is beneficial to reduce pain and swelling,promote the recovery of ankle joint function,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
