摘要
目的 结合文献报告1例发生于左侧腋窝副乳腺癌病例。方法 对贵州医科大学附属医院2020年11月至2021年6月收治的1例74岁女性左侧腋窝副乳腺癌病例进行报道并对文献复习。结果 行左侧胸壁结节切除活检术,病理结果:(左胸壁皮肤结节)符合浸润性导管癌。诊断左侧腋窝副乳腺癌,临床分期cT4N3M0 ⅢC期,分子分型为三阴性。结论 发生于腋窝的副乳腺癌,主要通过结合临床表现、影像学检查、病理结果及免疫组化等确诊,由于副乳腺癌的生物学特征与乳腺癌无明显差异,其治疗原则可遵循乳腺癌的综合治疗原则。
Objective To report a case of left axillary accessory breast cancer based on literature.Methods A case of left axillary accessory breast cancer in a 74-year-old female admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from November 2020 to June 2021 was reported and the literature was reviewed.Results Excision biopsy of left chest wall nodule was performed,and the pathological result(left chest wall skin nodule)was consistent with invasive ductal carcinoma.The patient was diagnosed with left axillary parabreast cancer.The clinical stage was cT4N3M0 IIIC,and the molecular type was triple negative.Conclusions Accessory cancer occurring in the axilla is mainly diagnosed by combining clinical manifestations,imaging examinations,pathological findings and immunohistochemistry.Since the biological characteristics of accessory breast cancer are not significantly different from those of breast cancer,its treatment principles can follow the comprehensive treatment principle of breast cancer.
