副乳腺癌1例报道并文献复习 被引量：7

Report of 1 Case of Accessory Breast Cancer and Literature Review

摘要 目的探讨副乳腺癌的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性总结我院收治的1例副乳腺癌患者的临床病理资料,并结合相关文献进行分析。结果 该例患者临床表现为左腋下肿块,彩超及钼靶检查均提示恶性可能性大,病理报告证实为副乳腺癌。行左副乳腺和左乳腺切除加左腋窝低位淋巴结清扫术,术后病理报告:左副乳腺浸润性导管癌Ⅱ级,左副乳腺内见浸润性导管癌组织,淋巴结无转移。术后给予化疗(EC×4序贯T×4),生存9个月,现仍在随访中。结论对腋下肿块而双乳未见确切肿块的患者应警惕副乳腺癌的存在,以免延误诊治。
