摘要
“双师型”教师队伍建设是我国高等职业教育改革与内涵建设的重要组成部分,关系到学校人才培养的质量。产教融合背景下打造一支既具备理论教学素质又具备实践教学素质的“双师型”教师队伍,已成为建设高水平职业院校的战略重点。在对“双师型”教师内涵界定的基础上,分析职业院校“双师型”教师专业发展的现状及存在的问题,并提出职业院校“双师型”教师专业发展路径。
The construction of"double-qualified"teachers is an important part of the reform and connotation construction of higher vocational education in China,which is related to the quality of talents training in colleges and universities.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,building a"double-qualified"teachers team with both theoretical teaching quality and practical teaching quality has become the strategic focus of building high-level vocational colleges.Based on the definition of the connotation of"double-qualified"teachers,this paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of the professional development of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges,and puts forward the path of the professional development of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges.
