摘要
针对职业学校学生普遍缺乏学习动力、职业素养不高、得不到企业认可等问题,单纯靠技术技能教育已经不能有效解决。文章从专业文化育人的视角在五年制高职汽车专业中开展实践研究,以培养情境兴趣为切入点,从专业精神、专业行为和专业形象三方面建设专业文化,通过在制度、课程、活动、环境和生活五个领域的渗透融合实施专业文化育人,形成了"一点三面五域"的专业文化育人模式,有效提升了学生在校期间职业兴趣和专业兴趣,学生职业道德、职业技能和职业素质得到明显改观,企业对毕业生满意度上升明显。
In view of the problems in vocational schools, for example, the studentss inadequate learning motives, low professional quality and un-recognition from the enterprises, it is believed that relying solely on technical and skill education has been unable to effectively solve these problems. This paper carries out research and practice on the five-year higher vocational automobile specialty from the perspective of professional cultural education. It takes cultivating situational interest as the starting point, constructs the professional culture from the aspects of professional spirit, professional conduct and professional image, practices professional cultural education through the integration of the five domains, respectively the system, curriculum, activities, environment and life, and forms the professional cultural education mode of "one point, three aspects and five domains". It effectively promotes the students' professional interest, professional ethics and professional quality, which in turn significantly increases the enterprises' graduate satisfaction.
