摘要
目的:探讨自制视频健康教育联合家属互动参与在雾化吸入患儿护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年7月至2021年7月该院收治的支气管肺炎行雾化吸入治疗的患儿156例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组78例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予自制视频健康教育联合家属互动参与干预,比较两组患儿临床症状改善时间、雾化吸入方式正确率、雾化依从性以及家长知信行水平、护理满意度。结果:观察组肺啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、住院时间短于对照组,吸气方式规范、残余药液≤0.33 ml、吸入时间≤15 min比例以及雾化吸入整体正确率均高于对照组,治疗期间整体雾化依从性良好比例高于对照组,家长雾化吸入治疗知识、态度、行为评分高于对照组,服务态度、健康教育、心理护理、病区环境和护理质量满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制视频健康教育联合家属互动参与有利于提升雾化吸入患儿治疗依从性,提高雾化吸入正确率,加速患儿康复进程,同时也有利于加强患儿家长知信行水平,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of self-made video health education combined with family interactive participation in the nursing of children undergoing aerosol inhalation.Methods A total of 156 children with bronchial pneumonia undergoing aerosol inhalation in this hospital were enrolled from July 2020 to July 2021.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,78 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given self-made video health education combined with family interaction intervention.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,correct rate and compliance of aerosol inhalation,parental knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)level and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of lung rales and cough in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The proportions of standardized inhalation method,residual liquid≤0.33 ml and inhalation time≤15 min,and overall correct rate of aerosol inhalation in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The overall good rate of inhalation compliance during treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),scores of parental knowledge,attitude and practice about aerosol inhalation were higher than those in control group,and satisfaction with service attitude,health education,psychological nursing,ward environment and nursing quality was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The self-made video health education combined with family interactive participation is beneficial to improve treatment compliance in children undergoing aerosol inhalation,increase accuracy rate of aerosol inhalation and accelerate rehabilitation process.Besides,it is also beneficial to strengthen KAP and improve nursing satisfaction of their families.
