社会网络和基层民主治理对棉农参与农机合作社行为的影响因素分析——基于新疆1516户棉农实地调研数据

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Social Networks and Grassroots Democratic Governance on Cotton Farmers’Participation in Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives——Based on Field Survey Data of 1516 Cotton Farmers in Xinjiang

摘要我国进入农业现代化发展的关键期。新疆作为我国棉花主产区,棉农参与农机合作社的行为成为棉花生产现代化发展的重要影响因素,因此基于新疆14个地州市18个村庄1516份棉农调研数据,采用二元Probit回归模型,分析了社会网络、村庄基层民主治理对棉农参与农机合作社行为的影响。结果表明:民主决策、亲戚干部任职、家庭总收入、家庭农场经营、新农医疗保险、新农社会保险在0.01水平上显著正向影响棉农参与合作社的行为;民主监督、邻里关系、村干部关系、年龄、务农人口数、生活满意度在0.01水平上显著负向影响棉农参与农机合作社的行为。提出基层政府要积极宣传和引导棉农参与农机合作社,农机合作社不断提高其服务水平,棉农积极主动学习,提升自身文化素养的对策建议。 China has entered a critical period of agricultural modernization development.As the main cotton producing area in China,cotton farmers’participation in agricultural machinery cooperatives has become an important influencing factor in the modernization of cotton production.Therefore,based on the survey data of 1516 cotton farmers’from 18 villages in 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang,a binary Probit regression model was used to analyze the impact of social networks and village grassroots democratic governance on cotton farmers’participation in agricultural machinery cooperatives.The results showed that democratic decision-making,relatives serving as cadres,total family income,family farm management,new rural medical insurance,and new rural social insurance had significant positive impacts on cotton farmers’participation in cooperatives at a level of 0.01.Democratic supervision,neighborhood relationships,village cadre relationships,age,number of farmers,and life satisfaction have significant negative impacts on cotton farmers’participation in agricultural machinery cooperatives at a level of 0.01.The grassroots government should actively promote and guide cotton farmers to participate in agricultural machinery cooperatives,agricultural machinery cooperatives should constantly improve their service level,and cotton farmers should actively active learning to learn and improve their cultural literacy.
