农户土地流转行为中的阶层逻辑——基于客观与主观社会经济地位的对比分析被引量：1

摘要本文以社会分层理论为研究视角,将农户社会阶层进行了二阶解构,划分为客观社会经济地位与主观社会经济地位,探讨了农户土地流转行为中的社会阶层解释逻辑。而后基于CFPS2014~2018共计三期的面板数据,对理论假设进行了实证检验,研究发现:第一,农户社会阶层的主观层面与客观层面之间并不存在相关关系,其客观阶层位置与其阶层的主观感知是相分离的;第二,农户社会阶层对土地流转行为的影响存在差异,只有客观社会经济地位具有正向影响,而主观社会经济地位则并无影响;第三,农户客观社会经济地位与土地流转行为之间存在着明显的倒U型关系,即在农户客观社会经济地位的提升过程中,其对土地流转行为的边际效应将呈现出“先正后负”的面貌;第四,相较于居住于城镇的农户,长期生活在乡村的农户更容易受到“恋土情结”的影响,使得其客观社会经济地位对土地流转行为之间的拐点有所降低。据此,提出若干对策,以促进农村土地流转市场的健康发展。 Taking the social stratification theory as the research perspective,this paper deconstructs the social stratum of farmers into two stages,divides them into objective socioeconomic status and subjective socioeconomic status,and discusses the class logic in farmers’land transfer behavior.Then,based on the panel data of three periods of CFPS2014-2018,the theoretical hypothesis was empirically tested.The research found that:first,there is no correlation between the subjective level and the objective level of the social class of rural households.Subjective perceptions are separated;second,there are differences in the impact of farmers’social class on land transfer behavior,and only objective socioeconomic status has a positive impact,while subjective socioeconomic status has no effect;third,the objective socioeconomic status of farmers There is an obvious inverted U-shaped relationship with land transfer behavior,that is,in the process of improving the objective socioeconomic status of farmers,its marginal effect on land transfer behavior will show a“positive first and then negative”appearance;fourth,Compared with farmers living in urban areas,farmers who have lived in the countryside for a long time are more likely to be affected by the“land love complex”,which reduces the inflection point between their objective socioeconomic status and land transfer behavior.Accordingly,several countermeasures are put forward to promote the healthy development of the rural land transfer market.
