摘要
目的分析上海市青浦区白鹤镇职业人群健康素养现状及相关风险因素。方法选择上海市青浦区白鹤镇1000名职业人群作为研究对象,对其进行健康素养水平现况调查及风险因素分析。结果职业人群的健康素养具备率为41.3%(413/1000)。不同职业人群的健康素养三个维度情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,医师的健康素养具备率较高,社工的健康素养具备率较低。在传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗、健康信息五类问题上比较,不同职业人群的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多因素回归分析显示,年龄、性别、文化程度、职业性质以及家庭经济是影响调查对象健康素养的因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白鹤镇职业人群的健康素养仍需进一步提升,应针对重点人群开展健康指导,提升其健康素养水平。
Objective To analyze the current situation of health literacy and related risk factors of occupational population in Baihe Town of Qingpu District in Shanghai.Methods A total of 1000 occupational people in Baihe Town were selected as the study subjects,and the current status of their health literacy level was investigated and risk factors were analyzed.Results The rate of health literacy of occupational population was 41.3%(413/1000).The difference in the three dimensions of health literacy among different occupational groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,doctors have a high rate of health literacy and social workers have a low rate.There were statistically significant differences among different occupational groups in terms of infectious disease prevention,chronic disease prevention,safety and first aid,basic medical care and health information(P<0.05).Multivariate regression analysis showed that age,sex,education level,occupational nature and family economy were the factors that affected the health literacy of the respondents,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The health literacy of the occupational population in Baihe Town still needs to be further improved,and health guidance should be carried out for key groups to improve their health literacy level.
