摘要
某废铁收购站点非法收集、储存、处置废油桶、废油漆桶等废铁桶,污染物直接排至地面。经认定,废桶及其压缩块均属于危险废物。站点内查获危险废物40.275吨,历史处置数量不明。运用XRF和PID便携式检测仪在现场甄别特征污染物,确定疑似污染区域范围;应用卫星图像、无人机调查现场污染传播途径;应用sufer软件对污染土壤范围进行模拟,匡算污染土壤体积。经评估,土壤受到石油烃污染,需要修复的体积427.04 m^(3),风险筛选值与基线值之间的损害土壤体积3996.25 m^(3),生态环境损害费用1070818.1元。
A scrap iron purchase station illegally collected,stored and disposed of waste oil drums,waste paint drums and other scrap iron drums.The pollutants were directly discharged to the ground.The waste bucket and its compressed block were all hazardous wastes.40.275 tons of hazardous waste were found in the station,and the historical disposal amount was unknown.This study uses XRF and PID portable detectors to identify characteristic pollutants on site and determine the scope of suspected pollution areas.Using satellite images and UAV to investigate the transmission route of on-site pollution,the polluted soil range was simulated by using the software of sufer,and the polluted soil volume was estimated.According to the assessment,the site soil was polluted by petroleum hydrocarbons.The volume of soil to be repaired was 427.04 m^(3),and the volume of damaged soil between the risk screening value and the baseline value was 3996.25 m^(3).The cost of ecological environmental damage in this case was 1070818.1 yuan.
