摘要
目的:探讨葛根芩连汤联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月滨州市第二人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者96例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各48例。对照组给予瑞格列奈治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予葛根芩连汤治疗。比较两组患者血糖水平、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FBG、2 hPBG、HbA_(1c)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者采用葛根芩连汤联合瑞格列奈治疗,可有效控制患者的血糖水平,减轻患者症状,安全性较高。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with repaglinide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Binzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with repaglinide,and the observation group was treated with Gegen Qinlian Decoction on the basis of control group.The blood glucose level,treatment effect,and occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)and glycated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c))levels were reduced in two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FBG,2 hPBG and HbA_(1c) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with repaglinide can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients,relieve the symptoms of patients and has high safety.
