H油田废弃泥浆无害化处理技术研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 H油田在勘探与开采过程产生了较大数量的废弃泥浆,这些废弃泥浆成分复杂,如不经有效处理就随便排放,可能对土壤、水源造成污染,对环境造成影响甚至破坏,对人和动物生命健康带来较大危害。故从分析该油田所产生废弃泥浆的物理化学属性出发,探讨了该油田所产生的废弃泥浆的潜在危害,设计了适应该油田开发产生的废弃泥浆的无害化处理工艺技术,并在现场进行了实施应用,运用该技术处理过的废弃泥浆全部达到国家一级排放标准,取得了很好的效果,实现了油田开发与环境保护双赢的目的。 A large amount of waste mud has been produced in the exploration and exploitation process of H oilfield.The waste mud composition is complex,if it is discharged casually without effective treatment,it may pollute soil and water sources,affect or even destroy the environment,and bring great harm to human and animal life and health.Therefore,starting from the analysis of the physicochemical properties of the waste mud generated by the oilfield,the potential harm of the waste mud was discussed,and the harmless treatment technology of the waste mud produced by the development of the oilfield was designed,and the application was implemented at the scene,and all the waste mud treated by the technology met the national emission standards,good results were achieved,and the win-win goal of oilfield development and environmental protection was achieved.
