摘要
分析了钻井废物的来源、危害,海洋勘探开发钻井废物处置相关法律法规,渤海油田钻井废物现行处置方式及存在成本高、效率低、HSE管控风险等问题。探讨了国内外钻井废物处置技术包括回填、固化、井下回注、循环使用、热处理和生物降解等,分析了其适用范围和优缺点,结合海上作业特点和需求,分析了各项技术对渤海油田的适用性,提出渤海油田钻井废物处置技术研究和发展方向。
With the increasingly stringent national environmental protection requirements, the current disposal methods of drilling waste are difficult to meet the updated standards. This paper summarizes the technologies of drilling waste disposal at home and abroad, including backfilling, solidification, downhole injection, recycling, heat treatment and biological treatment, and analyzing their application scope, advantages and disadvantages. Based on the characteristics and requirements of offshore operations, the applicability of various technologies to the Bohai Sea was analyzed, and the research and development direction of drilling waste disposal technology in the Bohai Sea wasproposed.
