摘要
铁路桥梁建设工程中的灌注施工十分重要,灌注过程需要泥浆协助钻机进行工作,灌注作业结束后产生的废弃泥浆会给环境带来不利影响。废弃泥浆有多种处理方式,因工程建设地点周边的环境条件不同,选取的废弃泥浆处理方式也有所不同。文章从实际应用角度出发,对废弃泥浆处理技术进行阐述,又以实际工程为依托,分别对废弃泥浆的配比和钻屑沉降效果进行试验,最后根据泥浆的实验结果选择絮凝效果好且对当地自然环境友好的絮凝剂。
The grouting construction in railway bridge construction engineering is very important.Mud is needed to assist the drilling rig in the grouting process.The waste mud produced after the grouting operation will bring adverse effects to the environment.There are many ways to treat waste mud,and the chosen method of treating waste mud varies depending on the environmental conditions around the engineering construction site.From the perspective of practical application,this paper expounds the waste mud treatment technology.Based on the actual engineering,the ratio of waste mud and the sedimentation effect of drilling cuttings are tested respectively.Finally,according to the experimental results of mud,the flocculant with good flocculation effect and friendly to the local natural environment is selected.
