摘要
目的探讨热休克蛋白47(HSP47)在宫腔粘连患者中表达及与转化生长因子β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))的关系。方法选取26例宫腔粘连患者设为观察组;同期20例接受宫腔镜检查排除宫腔粘连者设为对照组。所有入组者均在静脉全身麻醉下接受宫腔镜检查,并评估宫腔粘连情况,同时留取子宫内膜送检HSP47和TGF-β_(1)表达水平,比较两组HSP47和TGF-β_(1)浓度OD值,统计两组HSP47和TGF-β_(1)表达阳性率,分析宫腔粘连评分与HSP47和TGF-β_(1)表达相关性。结果观察组HSP47浓度、TGF-β_(1)浓度OD值分别为(0.157±0.012)和(0.389±0.027)lg(1/trans),显著高于对照组的(0.030±0.001)和(0.076±0.004)lg(1/trans)(P<0.05)。观察组HSP47表达阳性率、TGF-β_(1)表达阳性率分别为88.5%和84.6%,均显著高于对照组的35.0%和20.0%(P<0.05)。宫腔粘连评分与HSP47和TGF-β_(1)表达均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论宫腔粘连者HSP47和TGF-β_(1)表达阳性率及水平明显增高,且随着宫腔粘连严重程度的加重,HSP47和TGF-β_(1)表达水平增高。
Objective To investigate the expression of heat shock protein 47(HSP47)in patients with intrauterme adhesion and its relationship with transforming growth factor β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)).Methods 26 patients with uterine adhesions were selected as the observation group.In the same period,20 patients who received hysteroscopy to exclude intrauterine adhesion were set as control group.All enrolled subjects underwent hysteroscopy under intravenous general anesthesia,and the uterine adhesion was evaluated.At the same time,the endometrium was reserved for detection of the expression levels of HSP47 and TGF-β_(1).The concentration OD values of HSP47 and TGF-β_(1)were compared between the two groups,and the positive expression rates of HSP47 and TGF-β_(1) were calculated.The correlation between intrauterine adhesion score and expression of HSP47 and TGF-β_(1)was analyzed.Results The concentration ofHSP47 and the concentration OD ofTGF-β_(1)in the observation group were(0.157+0.012)and(0.389+0.027)lg(1/trans),respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(0.030±0.001)and(0.076±0.004)lg(l/trans)(P<0.05),The positive rates of HSP47 expression and TGF-β_(1)expression in the observation group were 88.5%and 84.6%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group 35.0%and 20.0%(P<0.05).The intrauterine adhesion score was positively correlated with the expression of HSP47 and TGF-β_(1)(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate and level of HSP47 and TGF-β_(1) expression in patients with intrauterine adhesions are obviously increased,and with the aggravation of intrauterine adhesions,the expression levels ofHSP47 and TGF-β_(1) are increased.
