摘要
为保证工作面推采过程中的安全,采用实验室分析和数值模拟的方法在葛泉矿开展了陷落柱特性及开采优化的研究。在陷落柱中采样,实验室分析表明,葛泉矿陷落柱具有内部结构致密、胶结程度高、接触面附近常见擦痕及牵引现象、界面清晰等特点。数值模拟表明,陷落柱工作面出水与回采过程中的矿压变化关系密切。对于工作面中的陷落柱应留设一定宽度的保护煤柱,但对陷落柱周边进行注浆加固后,采用直接推采的方案,可实现矿井安全生产。
In order to ensure the safety of working face in the process of mining,laboratory analysis and numerical simulation were used to study the characteristics of collapse column and mining optimization in Gequan Mine.Sampling in the collapse column,laboratory analysis showed that the collapse column of Gequan Mine had the characteristics of dense internal structure,high cementation,common scratches and traction near the contact surface,and clear interface.The numerical simulation showed that the outlet water of collapse column working face was closely related to the change of ground pressure during mining.A certain width of protective coal pillar should be set for the collapse column in the working face,but after grouting reinforcement was carried out around the collapse column,the scheme of direct mining could be adopted to achieve safe production.
