摘要 为了促进8.8m超大采高综采工作面的高产高效发展,对上湾煤矿四盘区8.8m智能超大采高综采工作面的煤质管控水平进行研究。针对严控灰分的要求,得出影响工作面煤质的主要原因是工作面混矸问题严重。经过调查分析,导致工作面混矸的两大要因即矿压变化和员工技能不到位,并对应以上两因素提出做好工作面来压预测预报,设置增压泵提高支架初撑力,根据底板走势提高煤机司机操作规范,及时调整架型保证护顶效果等具体对策。对策实施后工作面混矸情况有所缓解,煤质发热量有明显提升,工作面生产组织能力有所加强,煤质管控成效显著。 In order to promote the high-yield and high-efficiency development of 8.8 m super-high working face,the coal quality control level of the working face in No.4 panel of Shangwan Coal Mine is studied.Based on the strict control of ash,it is concluded that the main reason affecting the coal quality is that abundant gangue has been delivered along with the coal,which is caused by the change of mine pressure and insufficient skill of the operators.Aiming the above factors,it is put forward to strengthen weighting forecast,improve the initial support resistance by setting up booster pump,adjust shearer operation according to the trend of the floor,and timely adjust the support-type to ensure the roof protection effect.After implementation of the above countermeasures,less gangue is mixed in coal,the coal quality and calorific value are significantly improved,the production organization capacity of the working face is strengthened.
