摘要
陷落柱是石灰岩溶洞在地下水溶蚀作用下不断扩大,在地质构造力和上部覆盖岩层的重力长期作用下,有些溶洞发生坍塌引起上覆地层陷落而形成。在奥灰承压区域煤层底板隔层性能大幅下降,极易导致突水事故,国内外也发生过极为恶劣的陷落柱突水事故。受限于探查技术可靠性,井下回采突然揭露陷落柱时,由于陷落柱区域底板岩层极为破碎,采用传统的注浆治理工艺往往对破碎底板形成二次破坏,治理难度较大且效果难以保证,经过多次试验,在某奥灰承压矿井揭露的陷落柱运用了堵水塞框架构建工艺,成功治理了陷落柱,工作面安全推采通过,具有一定的工程实践意义。
The collapse column is formed by the expansion of limestone karst caves under the long-term action of underground water erosion,geological tectonic force and the gravity of the overburden strata.In the confined area of Ordovician limestone water,the water-proof performance of coal seam floor decreases dramatically,and water inrush accidents occur easily when the collapse column is encountered.Restricted by the reliability of exploration technology,when the collapse pillar is suddenly exposed in underground mining,because the floor strata in the collapse pillar area are extremely fragmented,the traditional grouting treatment technology often causes secondary damage to the broken floor,which is difficult to control and the effect is difficult to guarantee.After many tests,the collapse column was successfully treated by using the water plug frame construction technology,and the working face was mined safely,which has certain engineering practical significance for other mines.
