摘要
目的探讨合理情绪疗法结合罗伊适应模式在突发性耳聋患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将120例突发性耳聋患者分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用罗伊适应模式,观察组在对照组基础上给予合理情绪疗法。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的中文版康纳-戴维森韧性量表(CD-RISC)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的角色适应、自我概念、生理状态及相互依赖评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的自我感受负担量表(SPBS)各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合理情绪疗法结合罗伊适应模式能提高突发性耳聋患者的心理弹性、对疾病的适应能力,减轻疾病自我感受负担。
Objective To explore the application effect of rational emotive therapy combined with Roy's adaptation model in patients with sudden deafness.Methods A total of 120 patients with sudden deafness were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group adopted Roy's adaptation model,and the observation group was given rational emotive therapy on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale-Chinese(CD-RISC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of role adaptation,self-concept,physiological status and interdependence in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rational emotive therapy combined with Roy's adaptation model can improve the psychological resilience and adaptability of patients with sudden deafness,and reduce the self-perceived burden of disease.
