摘要
目前,在我国经济转型升级和经济下行压力增大的市场环境下,毕业生就业状况愈发成为社会关注的重点,而薪酬又是毕业生就业状况的重要评价指标。基于6所高校2018-2020届毕业生就业质量的问卷调查数据,运用logit回归模型对毕业生薪酬的影响因素进行实证分析,发现就业地经济状况等9项因素对高校毕业生薪酬具有显著影响。据此,从政府部门、市场主体、高等院校和高校大学生4个维度提出对策建议。
At present,in the market environment of China's economic transformation and upgrading,normalization of epidemic prevention and control,and increasing downward pressure on the economy,the employment status of graduates has increasingly become the focus of social attention,and salary is an important evaluation index of the employment status of graduates.Based on the questionnaire survey data of employment quality of graduates in six ethnic universities from 2018 to 2020,this paper u ses the logit regression model to empirically analyze the influencing factors of graduates'salary.The study shows that nine factors such as the economic status of the place of employment have a significant impact on the salary of graduates from universities.Accordingly,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four dimensions;government departments,market entities,universities,and students from universities.
