摘要
以“肉品科学与技术”为例,提升本科毕业生实践能力为目标,建立混合式教学体系,改革教学模式,从线上线下混合式教学环节的设计、线上教学资源与平台建设、课程评价机制改革三方面阐述混合式教学在肉品课程中的改革创新与实践。形成的教学模式对应用型院校提升实践能力教学质量具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking meat science and technology"as an example,with the goal of improving the practical ability of undergraduate graduates,a blended teaching system is established,the teaching mode is reformed,and the reform and innovation and practice of blended teaching in meat courses are expounded from three aspects:the design of online and ofline blended teaching links,the construction of online teaching resources and platforms,and the reform of curriculum evaluation mechanism.The formed teaching mode has certain reference significance for application-oriented colleges and universities to improve the teaching quality of practical ability.
