摘要
采用纤维素酶和果胶酶混合提取沙子空心李多糖,以多糖得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上通过正交试验优化提取工艺,并研究其稳定性。结果表明:最优工艺条件为料液比1∶30(g/mL)、酶解温度50℃、酶解pH 6.5、混合酶添加量0.70%(以沙子空心李质量为基准),在此条件下沙子空心李多糖得率为22.26%;在低温(45~55℃)和中性条件下,沙子空心李多糖稳定性较好。
Using cellulase and pectinase mixed to extract polysaccharide from Prunus salicina Lindl.cv.6 Shazikongxinli,.The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test based on single factor experiment with the yield of polysaccharide as an index,and its stability was studied.The results showed that the optimal technological conditions were as follows:material liquid ratio 1:30(g/mL),enzymolysis temperature 50℃,enzymolysis pH 6.5,mixed enzyme addition amount 0.70%(based on the mass of Prunus salicina Lindl.cv.‘Shazikongxinli’),and under these conditions,the polysaccharide yield of Prunus salicina Lindl.cv.‘Shazikongxinli’was 22.26%.Under low temperature(45-55℃)and neutral conditions,the Prunus salicina Lindl.cv.6 Shazikongxinli9 polysaccharide has good stability.
