摘要
为了揭示变红羊肚菌(Morchella rufobrunnea)对土壤中矿质元素的利用规律,本研究通过原子吸收法和浸提法分别测定变红羊肚菌栽培过程土壤中Ca、Mg、Na、K和速效K、速效P的变化。在变红羊肚菌菌丝生长发育中,Ca、Na、K量的变化趋势相近,在菌丝营养积累阶段表层土壤中含量增加而深层土壤量减少,可能是因为菌丝主要存在于表层土壤吸收矿质元素所致。在刺激出菇阶段,表层土壤中含量减少,而深层土壤中含量增加,可能是由于诱导原基时期大量补水导致的矿质元素随水向下流失所致。推测土壤溶液中电位差刺激会是变红羊肚菌营养生长转向生殖生长的关键因素。在出菇阶段,表层土壤中含量增加,而深层土壤的含量降低,可能是子实体生长时期进一步对矿质元素进行吸收。Mg元素含量在整个过程中无明显变化,推测该变红羊肚菌可能对Mg的利用量极少。速效K和速效P总体呈现上升趋势,可能是羊肚菌菌丝为了满足自身营养需求对矿质元素的分解所致。本研究结果为解决变红羊肚菌连作障碍问题提供理论依据,并就这一问题提出解决办法。
In order to reveal th e utilization law of Morchella rufobrunnea to mineral elements in the soil, the changes of Ca, Mg, Na, K, available K and available P were measured by atomic absorption and leaching in the study. In the growth and development of mycelium of M. rufobrunnea, the change trend of Ca, Na and K was similar. In the growth stage of mycelium, the content in surface soil increased, but the amount in deep soil decreased,probably because the mycelium mainly existed in the surface soil to absorb mineral elements. In the period of the induced primordial formation, the content in the surface soil decreased and the content in the deep soil increased,which might be due to the downward flow of mineral elements caused by a large amount of water supplement during the primordial period. It was speculated that the potential difference stimulation in soil solution was the key factor for the vegetative growth of M. rufobrunnea to turn to reproductive growth. During the period of mushroom production, the content in surface soil increased, while that in deep soil decreased, which might be the further absorption of mineral elements in the growth stage of fruiting bodies. The content of Mg had no obvious change in the whole process, suggesting that the amount of Mg used by M. rufobrunnea was few. Available K and available P showed an upward trend, which might be caused by the dec omposition of M. mycelium to mineral elements in order to meet its own nutritional needs. The results of this study could provide a theoretical basis for solving the problem of continuous cropping obstacles of Morchella rufobrunnea and propose a solution to this problem.
