摘要
目的观察七叶皂苷钠联合消炎汤治疗四肢骨折水肿的疗效。方法选取2021年1月-2022年3月在我院诊治的60例四肢骨折水肿患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用七叶皂苷钠治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合消炎汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候(肿胀、压痛、瘀斑)评分、炎性因子水平[白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数]、肿胀消退时间和面积及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);两组治疗后肿胀、压痛、瘀斑评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后WBC、中性粒细胞计数均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胀消退时间、肿胀面积均小于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论七叶皂苷钠联合消炎汤治疗四肢骨折水肿患者可提高治疗疗效,减轻中医证候积分,促进水肿消退,缩短水肿消退时间,降低炎性因子水平,且不良反应发生率低,是一种有效、安全的治疗方案。
Objective To observe the curative effect of sodium aescinate combined with Xiaoyan decoction in the treatment of limb fracture edema.Methods Sixty patients with limb fracture edema diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium aescinate,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome(swelling,tenderness,ecchymosis)scores,inflammatory factor levels[white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil count],swelling regression time and area,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 83.33% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of swelling,tenderness and ecchymosis in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the WBC and neutrophil counts of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of swelling regression and swelling area in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sodium aescinate combined with Xiaoyan decoction in the treatment of limb fracture edema can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce TCM syndrome scores,promote edema regression,shorten edema regression time,reduce inflammatory factor levels,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is an effective and safe treatment plan.
