摘要
目的:探讨活血止痛汤加减治疗骨折术后肢体肿胀疼痛的疗效。方法:将30例患者随机分为两组,各15例。治疗组用活血止痛汤加减治疗;对照组口服伤科跌打胶囊和抬高患肢。结果:治疗组治疗效果优于对照组,疼痛时间、肿胀程度和时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血止痛汤是治疗骨折后肢体肿胀疼痛的一种非常有效的方法。
Objective： To investigate effcacy of the Huoxue Zhitong decoction on limb swelling following fracture surgery. Methods： 30 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 15 cases for each. The treatment group was given the Huoxue Zhitong decoction; and the control group was given the Dieda capsule plus lifting the affected limb. Results： Effciency in the treatment group was better; and the time of pain, swelling and swelling time in the treatment group were lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Huoxue Zhitong decoction on limb swelling following fracture surgery shows a good effect.
