摘要
专业课程思政是高校思想政治教育的重中之重,对学生发展核心素养影响深远。聚焦专业课程思政的现状与挑战,解析专业课程思政的渐近性、可转移性、半预制性、技艺性、有限性,提出专业课程思政的实践策略:开展遵循教师专业成长规律的培训助力“教师先行”;依据学生发展核心素养“明确目标”;围绕核心素养深挖细究,力争“素材到位”;借助教学组织设计实现“润物无声”;通过学生、教师、课程的过程和增值评价确保“见功见效”。
Professional curricular ideological and political education plays an important role in the college ideological and political education,and has a profound impact on the core competencies and values for students'development.This paper focused on the current situation and challenges of professional curricular ideological and political education,analyzed its progressivity,transferability,semi-prefabrication,skill and limitation,and proposed some practical strategies:Promote teachers'ability by carrying out training activities that follow teachers'professional growth law;Set clear objectives based on the core competencies and values for students'development;Make materials in place by exploring ideological and political materials related to core competencies and values;Nurture every spring life spontaneously and silently by organizing and designing teaching activities;Ensure implementation and efficacy of professional curricular ideological and political education by evaluating the process and added value related to students,teachers,and courses.
