摘要
经济发展和人们对“美丽事业”的追求促使化妆品市场蓬勃发展,化妆品日益成为广大消费者的刚性需求,化妆品产业进入发展的快车道,导致化妆品专业人才需求量巨大。广东药科大学为适应我国化妆品行业专业人才发展的需求,设立首个化妆品科学与技术专业。本文介绍了化妆品科学与技术专业的建设历程、人才培养方案与人才培养模式等研究和建设进展,为其他兄弟院校开展化妆品科学与技术专业人才培养提供借鉴。
Economic development and people’s pursuit of“beauty career”have led to the vigorous development of the cosmetics market.Cosmetics has increasingly become a rigid demand for consumers.The cosmetics industry has entered the fast lane of development,resulting in a surge in demand for cosmetics professionals.In order to meet the urgent needs of cosmetics professionals in China,Guangdong Pharmaceutical University established the first major of cosmetic science and technology.This paper introduces the construction process,talent training program and talent training mode of the cosmetic science and technology major,which can be used as a reference for other colleges and universities to carry out the construction of cosmetic science and technology major.
