基于Spearman秩相关系数与AHP法的天然气管道运行风险绩效评估 被引量:1

Natural Gas Pipeline Operation Risk Performance Evaluation Based on Spearman’s Rank Correlation Coefficient and AHP Method

摘要 由于城镇天然气管道敷设的隐蔽性与其风险状态的复杂性,加大了天然气管道风险管理的难度。面对风险指标之间信息冗余且缺少关联性,邀请10位专家从人因、管理、技术、环境四大类初步构建天然气管道泄漏风险评估指标体系,首先引入Spearman秩相关系数筛选出了关键风险评估指标;其次,描述了AHP法求解步骤,利用yaahp软件确定关键风险指标权重,建立了天然气管道运行风险绩效评估方法;最后,将该绩效评估方法应用天然气管道风险绩效评估实例中,得到该企业风险评估结果达到良好状态。该风险评估方法可为天然气管道日常运营及检查提供决策参考。 Due to the concealment of urban natural gas pipeline laying and the complexity of its risk state,the difficulty of natural gas pipeline risk management is increased.In the face of information redundancy and lack of correlation among risk indicators,10 experts were invited to preliminatively build a risk assessment index system of natural gas pipeline leakage from four categories of human factors,management,technology and environment.Firstly,Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient was introduced to screen out the key risk assessment indicators.Secondly,the AHP method solving steps are described,yaahp software is used to determine the weight of key risk indicators,and the risk performance evaluation method of natural gas pipeline operation is established.Finally,the performance evaluation method is applied to the natural gas pipeline risk performance evaluation example,and the results of the enterprise risk evaluation reach a good state.This risk assessment method can provide reference for daily operation and inspection of natural gas pipeline.
