摘要
为了培养德艺双馨的中药学创新型研究生,首先深入分析了我国中药学创新型研究生人才培养存在的问题及原因,再针对思政教育融入创新型中药学研究生培养模式的必要性和可行性进行探讨,通过融入中医药思政元素,培养研究生中医药文化理解与传承素养;提升导师队伍水平,为研究生提供高质量、个性化指导;完善中药学科培养体系、建设在线教学与教研协同创新平台以及建立研究生创新创业训练平台,旨在为中医药院校中药学创新型研究生教育改革提供参考。
In order to cultivate innovative postgraduates of traditional chinese medicine,this paper firstly analyzes the problems and causes of the cultivation of innovative postgraduates of traditional chinese medicine in China,and then discusses the necessity and feasibility of integrating ideological and political education into the cultivation mode of innovative postgraduates of traditional chinese medicine.By integrating ideological and political elements of traditional chinese medicine,it highlights the cultivation of postgraduates’understanding and inheritance of traditional chinese medicine culture.By improving the level of tutors,it provides high-quality and personalized guidance.Improving the training system of traditional chinese medicine,constructing online teaching and teaching research collaborative innovation platform,and establishing postgraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training platform,it aims at providing reference for the reform of innovative postgraduate education of traditional chinese medicine in universities of traditional chinese medicine.
