摘要
教育评价事关教育发展方向。浙江安防职业技术学院注重实践教学内涵建设,基于OBE成果导向理念,在专业实践教学计划中以学习成果为重要质量准则,以技术技能增值赋能和实践教学作品积累设计评价指标,以实践教学管理平台和作品展示评选平台实践评价方法,以学生自身发展需求和行业企业社会需求指定评价主体,以实践过程前端反馈和实践结果后端反馈导向评价反馈,依次解决了学校实践学考核评价“评什么”“如何评”“谁来评”和“如何用”的四个难题。“四位一体”的学校实践教学考核评价长效机制,推进了课程教学改革,提高了人才培养质量,相关做法更获得浙江省教育厅办学合格评估及实习推磨式检查等专项组的肯定。
Education evaluation is related to the direction of education development.Zhejiang Security Vocational and Technical College pays attention to the connotation construction of practical teaching.Based on the OBE concept,it takes learning achievements as an important quality criterion in the professional practical teaching plan,designs evaluation indicators with value-added empowerment of technical skills and the accumulation of practical teaching works,and practices evaluation methods with practical teaching management platform and the work display and selection platform.The evaluation subject is designated according to the development needs of students and the social needs of industry enterprises,and the evaluation feedback is guided by the front-end feedback of the practice process and the back-end feedback of the practice results.The four problems of"what to evaluate","how to evaluate","who to evaluate"and"how to use"in the school's practical teaching evaluation have been solved in turn.The"four in one"long-term mechanism of practical teaching assessment and evaluation has promoted the course teaching reform,and improved the quality of talent training.The relevant practices have been affirmed by the special groups such as the school running qualification assessment and the practice grinding inspection of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education.
