摘要
文章梳理了图书情报界关于小数据在智慧图书馆中的研究态势,从关联度大、真实性高、操作性强三个层面阐释了图书馆小数据的特征分布,依从数据的多维度分析、数据洞察用户的研究思维以及注重数据治理作为小数据应用于图书馆智慧化的服务准则,按照数据管理机制、数据营销思维、用户需求挖掘、智慧服务展现制定图书馆智慧服务价值评估,并从图书馆信任服务、图书馆品牌价值服务和高质量多情景的感知服务三大应用研究进行详尽论述,最后对小数据在智慧服务方面面临的问题,及解决之道进行总结和展望。
This article combs the research situation of small data in intelligent library in library and intelligence community.It explains the characteristic distribution of library small data from three aspects of big correlation,high authenticity and strong operability.It complies with data multi-dimensional analysis,data insight into users’research thinking,and focusing on data governance,which are taken as the service guidelines for small data applied to the library intelligence.It formulates the value evaluation of library intelligent service according to data management mechanism,data marketing thinking,user demand mining,and intelligent service display.It is discussed in detail from three application research of library trust service,library brand value service and high quality multi-scenario perception service.At last is summary and prospect.
