摘要
文章在智慧服务产生背景的基础上,提出智慧服务的概念,并分析其与知识服务的关系,阐述了智慧服务的基本特征在于知识运用的能力、知识服务的创造性、服务客体为知识团队等,并从决策支持、科学研究、产品研发的智慧服务三个方面论述了智慧服务的内容和形式。
The paper analyzes the relationship between knowledge service and intelligence service.It suggests that the preliminary characteristic of intelligence service involves the knowledge utilization,the creation,and the team,which is the object of the service.The content and form of intelligence service are described in the respects of decision support,scientific research and product development.
