摘要
国土空间规划体系的全面改革转型对规划编制工作提出了新要求,国土空间开发适宜性评价成为国土空间规划编制的重要基础。在快速城镇化的形势下,农业空间的保护与优化需求更加迫在眉睫。系统梳理了相关理论基础和技术规程,基于陕西省武功县政府数据,评价分析了该地区农业生产适宜性等级分布情况,总结了评价过程中的实践经验,为我国正在开展的国土空间规划提供了实践支撑。
Comprehensive reform and transformation of territorial spatial planning system puts forward new requirements for planning work.Evaluation of territorial spatial development suitability has become an important basis for compilation of territorial spatial planning.In situation of rapid urbanization,demand for protection and optimization of agricultural space is even more urgent.Based on government data of Wugong County,Shaanxi Province,distribution of agricultural production suitability levels in the region were evaluated and analyzed,practical experience in evaluation process were summarized by systematically sorted out relevant theoretical bases and technical procedures,and provided practical support for ongoing territorial spatial planning in China.
