摘要
资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性评价是国土空间规划编制的重要基础。本文从梳理分析现有的技术文件入手,剖析存在的主要问题,解析新时代"双评价"的技术思路与特色,总结广东省试评价实践经验,提出未来评价应注意问题。
The evaluation of resource and environmental carrying capacity and territorial development suitability is an important basis for the preparation of territory spatial planning. This paper starts with the analysis of existing technical regulations, summarizes the main problems,determines the technical ideas and characteristics of the "double evaluation" in the new era, condenses the practical experience of Guangdong provincial evaluation, and proposes the evaluation that should be grasped in the future.
