摘要
目的 探讨复方巴戟天健骨颗粒联合常规治疗对老年骨质疏松症患者临床症状和疼痛程度的影响。方法 随机选取2019年1月—2021年1月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院收治的老年骨质疏松症患者100例,以随机数表法分组,每组50例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方巴戟天健骨颗粒。比较两组临床症状积分、疼痛度情况,第1~4腰椎及髋部骨密度、日常生活能力评分。结果 观察组治疗后乏力与腰背疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后第1~4腰椎骨密度(1.35±0.16)g/cm~2与髋部骨密度(1.02±0.11)g/cm~2均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.859、4.182,P<0.05);观察组治疗后视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组,日本骨科协会评估治疗分数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.899、5.048,P<0.05);观察组治疗后日常生活能力量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 复方巴戟天健骨颗粒联合常规治疗可有效缓解老年骨质疏松症患者临床症状,减轻患者疼痛度,增强其活动能力,同时不会明显增加不良反应的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of combining the compound Bajitian Jiangu granules with conventional treatment on the clinical symptoms and pain level of elderly patients with osteoporosis.Methods Randomly selected 100 elderly osteoporosis patients admitted to the Second People´s Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2021,and divided them into groups by random number table,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group added com⁃pound Morinda officinalis Tianjiangu granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptom score,pain de⁃gree,bone mineral density of the 1st to 4th lumbar spine and hip,and daily living ability were compared between the two groups.Results The weakness and low back pain scores in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone density of the 1st to 4th lumbar vertebra(1.35±0.16)g/cm2 and hip bone density(1.02±0.11)g/cm2 were higher in the observation group than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.859,4.182,P<0.05).The post-treatment Visual Analog Scoring method scores was lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Assessment Treatment Score scores was higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.899,5.048,P<0.05).The post-treatment ability of daily living scale scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound Bajitian Jiangu granules with conventional treatment can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with osteoporosis,reduce their pain level and enhance their mobility.At the same time,it does not significantly increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.
