摘要
文章建立了超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UHPLC-MS/MS)法同时测定水产品中18种卡因类麻醉剂的含量。样品采用磷酸盐缓冲溶液提取,混合阳离子固相萃取柱(MCX)净化,乙腈和0.3%甲酸水为流动相,经HSS T3色谱柱分离,采用UHPLC-MS/MS进行分析。方法学验证表明,18种化合物的线性关系良好,相关系数(R^(2))均大于0.999;检出限为0.2~0.4μg/kg,定量限在0.7~1.3μg/kg之间;以鲈鱼、明虾、螃蟹为基质,进行3个不同加标水平试验(n=6),18种化合物的平均回收率在84.7%~108.7%之间,相对标准偏差RSD在1.6%~7.5%之间。该方法具有较高的灵敏度、准确度以及重现性,适用于水产品中18种卡因类残留的测定。
A method was established for the simultaneous determination of 18 kinds of caine anesthetic in aquatic products by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS). The samples were extracted by phosphate buffer solution, purified by mixed cationic solid phase extraction(MCX) column, separated by HSS T3 column with acetonitrile and 0.3% formic acid water as mobile phases and then analysis by UHPLC-MS/MS. The correlation coefficients(R^(2)) of the 18 compounds were all greater than 0.999. The limit of detection was between 0.2 μg/kg and 0.4 μg/kg, the limit of quantification was between 0.7 μg/kg and 1.3 μg/kg. In sea bass,prawns, crabs samples, the mean recoveries obtained at three concentration levels were between 84.7%and 108.7%, with relative standard deviations(RSDs) between 1.6% and 7.5%. The method has high sensitivity, accuracy and reproducibility, and is suitable for the determination of 18 kinds of caine residues in aquatic products.
