摘要
[目的]建立一种同时测定茶叶中毒菌酚、戊硝酚、消螨酚和特乐酚4种农药残留的分析方法。[方法]将茶叶样品经水涡旋浸泡、酸性乙腈提取、改进的QuEChERS法净化后,再采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱检测,基质匹配标准溶液外标法定量。[结果]4种农药在各自浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.99,检出限(LOD)和定量限(LOQ)分别为0.05~0.17μg/kg和10μg/kg;在空白茶叶中添加10、20、100μg/kg 3个质量分数水平下具有良好的回收率和精密度,回收率为72.7%~104.1%,RSD为2.7%~8.8%。[结论]该方法可用于茶叶中4种农药残留的检测。
[Aims]This study aims to develop an analytical method for the simultaneous detection of hexachlorophene,dinosam,dinex and dinoterb pesticides in tea.[Methods]The tea samples were wetted by water and extracted with acetic acid-acetonitrile,and the extract was purified by improved QuEChERS pretreatment.Quantitative detection was performed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,the results were quantified by the external standard method.[Results]Under the optimized conditions,the results showed that the 4 pesticides had good linearity within the range of 1-50μg/L,with correlation coefficients(r)higher than 0.99.The average recoveries ranged from 72.7%to 104.1%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.7%-8.8%at three levels(10,20 and 100μg/kg).The LODs were from 0.05 to 0.17μg/kg and LOQs were 10μg/kg.[Conclusions]This method was used for the detection of four pesticide residues in tea.
