摘要
随着装配式钢结构的大力推广应用,钢结构节点采用螺栓群连接的方式越来越普遍,无论是新建建筑检验验收还是既有建筑检测评估,对螺栓群松动的检测需求越来越大。数显扭矩扳手用于螺栓群松动检测时具有操作方便、可实时显示扭矩值,并具备报警功能、可实现检测与整治一体化、可自动保存数据等优点。本研究制定了数显扭矩扳手用于螺栓群松动检测的工作流程,并通过室内试验验证了该方法的可靠性和实用性,后续可在实际工程中进行推广应用。
With the popularization and application of prefabricated steel structure, it is more and more common for steel structure joints to be connected by bolt groups. Whether for new building inspection and acceptance or existing building inspection and evaluation, the demand for bolt group loosening detection is increasing. The digital display torque wrench has the advantages of convenient operation, real-time display of torque value and alarm function, integration of inspection and rectification, and automatic saving of data when used for loosening inspection of bolt group. In this paper, the work flow of digital display torque wrench used for bolt group loosening inspection is developed, and the reliability and practicability of this method is verified by experiments in the laboratory, which can be popularized and applied in practical engineering.
