摘要
由于目前国内扭矩检定装置工作效率低下,设计研发了一种适用于大中型企业并能自动加载扭矩的扭矩扳手检定装置。它采用专用扭矩传感器,以PLC作为中心控制单元,利用RS485与RS232的通信技术通过高速智能数据采集卡,对采样信号进行选择、过滤、跟踪及隔离等处理,在触摸屏上自动显示检定结果。经过测试表明,装置的测量精度可达到3‰,并能消除人为读数误差,大大提高了检定速度和准确度,具有良好的实用性。
A torque calibration device that is suitable for large and medium-sized enterprises and can automati- cally load torque is designed for the current torque calibrating device of low working efficiency. The device uses special torque sensor, RS485 and RS232 communication technology and the PLC as the central control unit. The sampled signals are selected, filtered, tracked and isolated by the high speed intelligent data acquisition card and test results are displayed on the touch screen. The test shows that the device has good practicality, which the measurement accuracy can reach 3%o, artificial reading error can be eliminatd and the detection speed and accuracy are greatly improved.
