摘要
针对工程中经常出现的螺栓松动问题,在原有波能量法的基础上进行了改进,利用正弦信号代替脉冲信号进行激励,使得输出信号由振荡衰减信号变为正弦信号,规避了使用时间反演法所带来的电路复杂度;利用积分法使得输出随扭矩单调变化,为后续建模提供了条件。并基于改进波能量法研制了一种螺栓压紧力实时监测装置,该装置体积小,能够很方便的安装到螺栓联接组中,可以对螺栓联接结构的压紧力进行实时在线监测,再把数据远程发送到接收端。实验结果表明,该装置能较为准确的测量螺栓压紧力,并且能够通过太阳能电池和设计的电源控制方案达到良好的能量循环,可以进行长期稳定的工作,在螺栓联接状态监测领域具有很好的应有前景。
Aiming at the problem of bolt looseness in engineering,the original wave energy method is improved. The sinusoidal signal is used to replace the pulse signal for excitation,which makes the output signal change from oscillation attenuation signal to sinusoidal signal,avoiding the circuit complexity caused by using time inversion method;the integral method makes the output monotonous with torque,which provides a reference for subsequent modeling Conditions. Based on the improved wave energy method,a real-time monitoring system of bolt tightening force is developed. The device is small in size and can be easily installed in the bolt connection group. It can monitor the tightening force of bolt connection structure in real time and send the data to the receiving end remotely. The experimental results show that the device can accurately measure the bolt tightening force,and can achieve a good energy cycle through the solar cell and the designed power control scheme. It can work stably for a long time. It has a good prospect in the field of bolt connection condition monitoring.
