摘要
近年来,随着畜牧业与饲料工业的迅速发展,饲料资源紧缺问题日益突出,挖掘新饲料资源成为缓解人畜争粮矛盾的关键。杂粕具有产量高、营养价值高、成本低等特点,可部分替代豆粕,达到保障养殖的效果、降低养殖成本的目的,可以缓解我国饲料资源短缺、人畜争粮的局面,保障我国畜牧业的持续发展。文章系统综述了部分杂粕的营养成分、饲用中的限制因素以及提质增效技术等,为杂粕在动物生产上的推广应用提供理论依据。
In recent years,with the rapid development of animal husbandry and feed industry,the shortage of feed resources has become increasingly prominent,developing new feed resources has become the key to alleviate the contradiction between people and livestock.Miscellaneous meals have the characteristics of high yield,high nutritional value and low cost.It can partially replace soybean meal in livestock breeding,so as to ensure the feeding effect and reduce the feeding cost.It can alleviate the situation of feed resource shortage and grain competition between human and livestock,and guarantee the sustainable development of livestock husbandry in China.Therefore,this paper systematically reviewed the nutritional value of partial miscellaneous meals,the limiting factors in the use of miscellaneous meals,the application of miscellaneous meals in livestock breeding,and the technology of improving quality and efficiency of miscellaneous meals at home and abroad in recent years,so as to provide theoretical basis for the promotion and application of miscellaneous meals in livestock breeding.
