摘要
针对采煤机隔爆电控箱运行过程中存在的因隔爆结合面腐蚀、箱体螺栓松动造成的可靠性和安全性下降等问题,通过对采煤机隔爆电控箱结构特点以及原理的分析,提出了采煤机隔爆电控箱改进技术方案和路线,从采煤机电控箱结构设计和防腐工艺角度提出优化措施,并对采煤机隔爆电控箱的优化效果进行现场测试,对比分析了优化前后效果,结果表明:优化后的电控箱防爆结构性能明显提高,有效避免电控箱结合面腐蚀和螺栓松动,提高了电控箱使用的安全性和可靠性,取得良好的应用效果,该优化方案对于保证煤矿安全生产,提高煤矿的生产效率具有非常重要的作用和参考价值。
Aiming at the problems such as corrosion of the flameproof joint surface and the decrease of reliability and safety caused by the loosening of the box bolts during the operation of the shearer explosion-proof electric control box,the structural characteristics and principles of the shearer explosion-proof electric control box are analyzed in this paper,the improvement technical scheme and route of the shearer explosion-proof electric control box are put forward.The optimization measures are put forward from perspective of the structural design and anti-corrosion technology of the coal shearer electric control box;and the on-site investigation on optimization effect of the shearer explosion-proof electric control box is then carried out.The effect before and after optimization is compared and analyzed;the results show that the explosion-proof structure performance of the optimized electric control box is significantly improved,which would effectively avoid corrosion of the joint surface of the electric control box and loosening of bolts,greatly improve the safety and efficiency of the electric control box.It plays a very important role and has reference value for ensuring the safe production of coal mines and improving the efficiency of coal mines.
