摘要
为了提高煤矿井下短壁工作面区域内多台设备间自动化协同控制水平,阐述了短壁工作面多种采掘设备在煤矿井下生产环节的作用及其电气控制系统组成。通过现场总线技术、无线通信技术的运用,构建区域内单台设备以及设备间协同控制网络;通过控制软件,既实现了煤矿井下生产过程中多台设备之间信息共享,又实现了连续采煤机、梭车、给料破碎机间的协同控制。应用结果表明,该系统提高了短壁工作面区域自动化水平,降低了井下工人的劳动强度,达到了减员增效的目的。
In order to improve the level of automation and coordination among multiple equipment in the short-wall working face area of coal mine;the role of various mining equipment in the short-wall working face in the underground production of coal mine and the composition of the electrical control system are described. Through adopting the fieldbus technology and wireless communication technology, the collaborative control network among the equipment is built, and through the control software, the information sharing among multiple equipment of the coal mine production process is achieved, the collaborative control of continuous shearer, shuttle, and feed crusher is realized. The application results show that the system improves the automation level of the short-wall working area, reduces the labor intensity of the underground workers, and achieves the purpose of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.
